Beer Bread

Ingredients

- 3 cups flour
- 3 T sugar (white or brown)
- 1 T 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt)
- 1 bottle or 1 can beer (12 oz
- 2 T oil

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
2. Mix together dry ingredients.
3. Add beer and oil and combine.
4. Dough usually has a sticky consistency.
5. Grease 5x9 bread pan. Place dough in prepared pan and spread into corners.
6. Bake for 50-60 minutes, until golden brown on top.
